  I'M GLAD I CHOSE THE CERMAK/WESTERN STORE>>>HONESTY -KINDNESS -CUSTOMER CARE -PROFESSIONAL -COMMITMENT... All of these I found and more having visited the Cricket Authorized Store 2333 W Cermak Rd (Chicago). I was having coverage issues with my previous carrier when traveling, and therefore felt best to switch to a more 'Reliable' Network. I wanted to maintain the same low monthly fee... Cricket was my choice... the online service could not get to me the mobile devices as quickly as needed and thereby referred me to a local store, where I was promised that the activation fees would be waived. Prior to visiting a location, I first phoned ahead... I had originally selected a location in Crestwood, IL but did not receive a friendly confident agent, I then chose the Cermak Rd/Western location, where I received the most pleasant reception from Luis. I explained my issue, Luis was very patient, knowledgeable, confident, friendly and professional , he assured me that his store would respect and honor the online promise. The following day I arrived and spoke with Alicia (another brilliant knowledgeable agent - as well the store was clean and very organized)... She (Alicia), patiently listened and addressed my concern, however, when adjusting my activation fee she ran into an issue with the Dist Mgr, who apparently, without any relevant cause, and what appeared no regards for customer loyalty, attempted to retract the promise of the online contract and Luis. NEXT: Both Alicia and Luis advocated for me and finally the Dist Mgr consented to wave the activation fee. Bravo, again to Alicia and Luis, these demonstrated Strong Leadership skills and Customer loyalty care. Alicia was amazingly effective and impressively quick, with great speed in sending text messages to the Dist Mgr, all while multi-tasking with customers coming in the store for service... I am truly - truly Impressed and will Highly Recommend this location and the Cricket Network to Others!! In My Opinion Luis and Alicia has a better gauge, knowledge and forecast of the impact of Customer Care and Retention... Luis and Alicia need to be in the roles of Management (Meaning District Managers) Their current Dist Mgr, could stand to have a course in diversity and care... People FIRST... Customers are the needed tools to keep an operation going - - God Bless Luis and Alicia and May You have Great Success in All You Do!! :)
