  I used to come here all the time as my sister worked here in the past. Recently, I went there a few times, always closed. The times of the store are completely misleading. Yesterday was the last time; 5PM on a Saturday. Seeing these other reviews, it seems like this is just a reoccurring trend 😬 The cricket store on 47th are amazing. Answered my call the first time I rang, responded to my questions, and were very quick with the process. Oh! - and they were actually open😌

  Worst Cricket Location. Service, was HORRIBLE. Went to this location twice, on a Sunday and Monday. around 11:00am . Both, mornings, they were not open on time. Had to knock on the door, the second time,.for this person, to open this place up. I was returning a defective phone. This dude, didn't want to sell me another phone. He told, me to go to another Cricket store. He didn't want the headache. I'm still waiting, for District Manager to return my call. THAT'S OK, District Manager, I know, you're not going to return my call. You probably trained this fool. I was, told, by another Cricket Location, to stay away from this place. To, the rude person, becareful how you speak to people. You're going to run into the right one.

  So, came in Cricket store on Cicero and 74th to add a 4th line into my account...thinking to spend over one hundred dollars, but thanks to Leslie and a young gentleman (didn't get his name) that were so nice and friendly. I spend a lot less. But most important was the customer service that I received... thank you guys!!!!
