  Worst experience ever. I went to this location 4015 W Armitage Ave. on a Sunday on November 2nd around 12:50 pm. This young lady was by herself, and she was busy with a customer. She asked me what I needed, I told her that I was interested on a phone. She told me it was going to take a while , she told me if I didn’t want to wait , that I can go to another cricket store. That was very rude to say to a customer. I understand she might have been stressed but she shouldn’t talk to customers that way. I asked what was her name, she wrote it on a cricket business card and handed it to me with attitude. Estella, apparently it’s her name.
