My husband and I had one of the worst experiences after purchasing a washer/dryer unit from Best Buy. It took four failed attempts (over span of 2+ months) to get the unit delivered. The unit was regularly damaged getting moved from warehouse and it was incredibly difficult working with customer service to (1) reschedule and (2) articulate any feedback back to Best Buy. Customer service was incredibly unresponsive (emails, calls). Delivery is outsourced to 3rd party. When unit was finally delivered, they hooked up the hoses incorrectly and we had to pay $300 to get a contractor out to fix the setup so that we could use the unit. Do not purchase large appliances from Best Buy. You will regret the experience and lose a part of your sanity.

I purchased a laptop tonight from this location online. I was having issues with my current laptop today, and needed a replacement machine ASAP, as I worked early the next morning. I was assured it would be available to pickup this evening; Upon arrival, that was not the case. The "manager", Shaun, who i can only imagine did not complete the necessary Best Buy virtual learning for appropriate customer service following being hired, was absolutely atrocious. Shaun was incredibly disrespectful in the way he dealt with the situation, zero eye contact, and even walked away with the laptop in hand once the store was approaching closing time. I myself work in customer service, and can tell you, this is not how I could ever dream of handling a situation with a customer in need. I hold a "Management" position to a high standard. "Integrity", "Respect", and "Accountability" is something a certain individual in Management should exude. A successful company such as Best Buy, I image they would agree. Not sure how this behavior slipped through? Awful experience, corporate was zero help as well.

Extremely Disappointed with Manager Shaun’s Behavior
I called Best Buy’s corporate office to confirm availability of a MacBook Pro for same-day pickup. The representative verified there was one available at this location and helped me purchase it online while on the phone. I then had my employee drive to the store to pick it up immediately.
When he arrived, the manager, Shaun, was extremely rude and dismissive, telling him the laptop wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I got on the phone to explain that corporate had confirmed same-day pickup, and that we urgently needed the computer for an early-morning business presentation. Shaun insisted the only option was to cancel and reorder, so I agreed. Then he actually came out holding the laptop, continued speaking to my employee in a condescending tone, and when I asked him politely not to speak to him that way, he hung up on me, took the laptop, and walked away saying the store was closing.
The other staff stood by silently and offered no help. I’ve shopped at Best Buy for years and have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a manager. This situation was handled terribly from start to finish. I truly hope someone sees this and holds the "manager" Shaun accountable for his actions.

I purchased a set of earbuds, to replace one that I had misplaced but never opened them. A few days later I found what I had lost so I went back to a different store to return the new purchase. I didn't have the receipt with me and was told that I have to go back to the store I made the purchase from. After making the 20 minute trip they wouldn't refund my purchase without the receipt. I then thought I had used cash. So I went home and dug the receipt from my drawer. Go back to the store, then I'm told ok you'll get your money in 2-3 days because I paid with my debit card. The one I brought in the first time. Had I not found that receipt I would have been out of luck. Deliberate attempt not to return my money. They have the cash but choose not to give it to you. I will always use Wal-mart going forward, they refund your cash once it has cleared, its a choice they give you. No it want break Best-Bye but I'll never play this petty game with this store again.
