    Ask for Yahir! We walked in clueless and Yahir walked us around the store showing the different options for the tech we had in mind. His informative expertise, answering every question we had, was very clear and concise communication. Next level customer service!     When I traded in my iPad, they required me to have two forms of photo ID for a trade in. They couldn't cancel my order until 7 days. I didn't have my passport yet, so I literally had to go to Costco to get a physical photo card, thank God I'm a member. Then they were able to allow the trade in. How is that proof of ID? I have a REAL ID, I have a debit card I used to make the purchase, I have an insurance card. They should just require the card you used for payment and ID. Bad business policy. If you don't change this policy, then you have lost a customer and other customers I will tell about this.

    I have been a Best Buy customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars on electronics and appliances there. Two days ago they lost me as a customer completely. I placed an order online for “curbside pickup” for a new 60 inch tv. When I went to pick it up the app informed me “curbside pickup “ was unavailable. I proceeded to park in the Best Buy parking lot and went in to get my tv. When we asked for help bringing it to the car we were told no they would no help bring it to the parking lot only the front of the store. When I pointed out that I was informed curbside was unavailable and that didn’t make sense to have to leave, get my car, go to the front of the store find parking and come BACK inside they basically said “too bad” and refused to help bring my 60 inch tv to THEIR PARKING lot! When I said I was ready to just return it and get my money back they said “yes we can do that” so again lose the sale and the customer instead of help bring a large tv to my car. DO NOT shop here
