Pathetic customer service by the store manager Ash. Unfortunately they don’t know how to handle customers. They made me wait an hour to process an exchange and at the end they did not have a product.
She lacks the understanding of the SOP and has zero empathy for customers which resulted in loss of business.

I decided to splurge on a big TV purchase with surround sound and I could not have had better help. Will spent a lot of time working to set me up with everything I’d need, explaining why, and even helped bundle things to save me money. I was very pleased with the interaction. The next day I saw the TV on sale for a significantly cheaper price and went on to see if I could get a price match which Bien, another manager at the store, helped me do. He was so helpful and I am still surprised that both my interactions here were as good as they could be. I will be shopping here for everything I want that they sell going forward.

Awesome customer service Ruben and Will the manager went over and beyond to help and assist us getting us what we needed a new monitor and everything else . We were greeted as soon as we walked in . They even do price match I was able to get my wife’s birthday gift
