The staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. From the moment my son and I walked in, the security at the front entrance offered assistance, guided us to someone that could help. We came across a Microsoft report whom also offered assistance. We got helped by Navid and another report who showed us what we were looking for, educated us on the different models. He even pulled up YouTube videos to helps us better decide on what we wanted and needed. My son was very impressed by their level of service and that's saying something from a 17 year old. I hope Best Buy sees my post. They all were GREAT! Thank you Navid and the rest of the BB staff whom offered to help.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m writing this as someone who has spent thousands of dollars at Best Buy this year alone, including a MacBook Air, a printer/scanner, and most recently a refrigerator. I was even planning to purchase an iMac next, but after this experience, Best Buy has permanently lost my business. I purchased a refrigerator for over $2,100 and was told it came with a $300 “gift card discount.” It wasn’t a discount at all. It was simply store credit disguised as one, forcing me to spend the money back at Best Buy rather than actually reducing the price. When I bought the fridge, I explained my work schedule and was assured that my delivery window could be accommodated and that this would be noted in my account. It clearly wasn’t. The day before delivery, I got a call with a timeframe when no one would be home, and when I called customer service to address it, I was told nothing could be done, despite the in store employee saying otherwise. The customer service experience that followed was honestly the worst I’ve had in years. Each representative felt indifferent and dismissive. They barely spoke, offered no empathy, no professionalism, no updates, and at times left me sitting in complete silence on the line without even checking in. There was no sense of urgency to help, no attempt to retain me as a loyal customer, and no effort to correct anything. When I asked for a supervisor, I was questioned multiple times about why I wanted one, as if I needed permission to escalate my own issue. Eventually I requested to cancel the order, and although I received an email saying the refund was processing, a full week later nothing had been refunded. I went into the store hoping a manager could resolve the situation. I was asked once why I needed to speak to a manager, which was frustrating but minor compared to the phone experience. When the manager finally came out, he offered a generic apology, nothing sincere or reassuring. Then the refund amount didn’t match what I originally paid. I had to point out the discrepancy myself and insist that they return the full amount. Only after pushing was the remaining difference provided in cash. Throughout the interaction, there was no real accountability, no professionalism, and no sense that they valued me as a customer. The only positive part of this entire ordeal was the original salesperson who helped me choose the refrigerator; he was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the rest of the company did not operate with the same level of service. After this, I went to Lowe’s to check for the same refrigerator. Not only did they have it, but the customer service was everything Best Buy’s was not. The representative was empathetic, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. She price matched the promotional price I had seen, waived extra fees, and scheduled next day delivery. Lowe’s delivered the refrigerator the following morning at 8:15 AM without any issues or complications. It was a reminder of what real customer service looks like. I’ve spent thousands with Best Buy this year and was prepared to spend more. But after this experience, the lack of communication, accountability, professionalism, and genuine concern for customer satisfaction made it clear that Best Buy does not value loyal customers. If this is how they treat someone who has repeatedly given them business, then I’ll gladly take my money elsewhere.

This place has the worst customer service. The manager was rude, disrespectful, and just mean for no apparent reason. She didn't want to help me, and tried to make me buy something on a leasing plan after I told her several times what I WANTED!!!!!!! I needed a laptop for school, and I express that to the manager and she kept ignoring me. After going back and forth, I ordered a laptop online and got a receipt of my order was being prepared and she cancelled my order after she was made aware that it was me, and the managers name is Ashley 🧐🧐SHE MADE THAT ABUNDANTLY CLEAR!!! I also provided screenshots. She even went as far as to call security on me not before or while I was sitting there for two hours waiting on an order, but after I talk to SEVERAL PEOPLE ABOUT HER. The final outcome I took my business somewhere else. Mind you after she disrespected me I still tried to do business with Best Buy and she cancelled my order. I kid you not I AM DONE WITH BEST BUY, and if you look up my account I have done business with this particular store numerous times. The store was empty and only people walking around were employees because they kept turning people around. When I came here several years ago the atmosphere was different but now like I stated before I AM DONE WITH BEST BUY & fyi because of the Best Buy on 555 West Roosevelt I am done with the company AS A WHOLE✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾

Fantastic Service & Zero Hassle! I recently visited this Best Buy location and had a genuinely fantastic experience. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, making it easy to find exactly what I needed without any pressure. What truly impressed me was the checkout process—it was incredibly efficient. The lines were very quick with virtually no wait! It was easily the fastest checkout I've had at an electronics store. Finally, parking here is a breeze, which is a huge plus. They offer plenty of paid parking on the street right outside, or you can opt for the free indoor parking in the building's garage. Highly recommend this location for great customer service and convenience!

ordered a gift card with a gift card. The order got cancelled with no fault of my own. $0.00 charge was saying awaiting approval. Contacted the bank and they said everything was fine on their end. I wake up to my order cancelled. I contact best buy customer service who says it was a one time code and they couldn't issue a new one or give me an equal $10 gift card. Told me if I wanted to save $10 in the future I'd have to spend $50 and use a reference number they gave me. Completely BS and wasted time. Got a supervisor who was super rude and talking over everything I said and told me I'd have to spend $50, or $100 or maybe $400 in the future to save $10 by using the reference code. I couldn't just go make my original purchase of $10 using it. The want me to SPEND $50 to save $10!! Best buy such a big conglomerate they can't issue someone a $10 gift card when their system cancels an order they used a gift card on. Will be leaving this review to warn other buy your digital cards elsewhere. Update 10/28 Still getting the run-around. Now because my name is different from the purchase information I'm being told that I need to have my 67 year old mom contact them on social media. The purchase information mind you being for a $0.00 transaction. They desperately do not want to give me a $10 credit back for cancelling my order.
