Le montant total m’a été confirmé oralement par l’employé, j’ai fait confiance et je suis partie. En regardant la facture juste après, je me rends compte qu’il manquait 100 $ par rapport à l’argent liquide que j’avais donné. Je suis retournée immédiatement au magasin pour signaler l’erreur. Leur réponse ? 👉 Aucune erreur, aucune vérification sérieuse, aucun geste commercial, aucune remise en question. Autrement dit : circulez, il n’y a rien à voir. Pour une enseigne comme Apple, avec des prix déjà très élevés, c’est inacceptable. Le manque de transparence et de considération pour le client est choquant. On s’attend à un minimum de sérieux et de sécurité, surtout quand il s’agit d’argent. Je déconseille fortement ce magasin. Vérifiez chaque centime si vous payez en espèces, car visiblement, en cas de problème, vous serez seul.
- SJSheryl Johnson6 days ago2.0It was so crowded n even though I have a warranty on my Apple iPad Air n insurance through Xfinity they couldn't fix my iPad they wanted me to pay $500 to fix it, it cost $749 originally and I still owe $375 on the device still don't understand what I'm paying for insurance for or what the warranty is for, my other was but resolved! I went all the way downtown to get it fixed only to find out I mind as well but another one.

I had come in to replace a broken phone case, and I informed him that I had AppleCare coverage for both my phone and case since they were purchased together. However, he denied my request, stating that I didn’t have AppleCare coverage on my case and that I couldn’t replace it without a receipt. I questioned his reasoning, pointing out that the policy had changed to only cover the phone and charger. Despite my explanation, and me attempting to show him the work authorization for me to replace the case before he continued to argue and stated “we’re not going to make an exception for you” and eventually ended the conversation, dismissing my concerns as “talking in circles.” This behavior demonstrates the unprofessionalism and unreliability of the Michigan Avenue store.
