I visited the store to purchase a product for immediate pickup, but the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The first employee I spoke with asked if I had been there the previous week, which felt like racial stereotyping since I've never visited before. Then, another team member behaved oddly, jokingly telling me to "get out of here" simply because I was using an Android phone (he later claimed he was kidding). He provided no helpful information about the product's features or benefits and seemed solely focused on rushing me to complete the payment. Overall, this left me feeling disrespected and underserved.

After talking to a specialist and twenty minutes of later, we were told no 1 TB iPhone 17 Pro to all colors. We ended up buying online. Sadness.

I don’t even know where to start….i came to see what is wrong with my MacBook Pro (Touch Bar won’t light up, number 6 on my keyboard is jammed & my battery seems to die when my laptop signals 20-30%).
I came in with an appointment to get all of these concerns in hopes relieved to some degree.
What I was told? That my computer that was purchased from Apple is no longer…Apples? It made no sense. They said it would cost $600 to fix & they would have to send it out to the third party company that owns this specific APPLE MacBook Pro version (ok?) or I can spend $1k to essentially just get the new MacBook Air.
To change topics, my phone (carrier Verizon) drops into SOS every time & multiple times when I use FaceTime and or when I’m simply…just driving. I asked what that could possibly be about & the associate said he would run test (never did) & essentially sold me I can upgrade & trade in my phone for the new iPhone 17Pro…lol. No help. My phone going into SOS mode everyday seems dangerous as a young woman but ok thx apple!
They might not work on commission but he was so unhelpful and literally just pushed sales in front of my face.

I came to upgrade my iPhone from 13 to 17 yesterday. The minute I walked in, an Apple employee member greeted me and inquired about my purposed visiting the store, I got assigned to an Apple specialist named Alex, who walked me through the whole process from upgrade and trading my old device to a new one. At the last few minutes of the steps of transferring my data from my old phone to the new one, he suggested that I should join a session on Apple Intelligence while I waited for the process to finish which is great idea. Then he handed over to the another Apple employee who was actually conducting the session and made sure my device was working fine and my data was properly transferred over on my new phone. It was a great experience and be returning to this store again in the future.

Terrible terrible service.
I had a very bad experience at the Apple Store when I came in to replace the battery on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. One of the employees interacted with me in a way I found completely unprofessional and inappropriate.
During our interaction, the employee touched me multiple times (hands and body) without my consent. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I believe that physical contact with customers without clear necessity or permission is unacceptable in a professional retail environment.
I expect Apple employees to respect personal boundaries and maintain a high standard of customer service. This experience seriously disappointed me, and I do not believe such behavior should be tolerated at Apple.
