Rude staff specially the short african american dude with beanie and glasses acting like he owns the place walking around and the lady with the boy cut. I was trying to return my phone for a different color but they said I cant and they were very unprofessional explaining things to me and screaming at me, I just left because everybody at the store was looking at them while they’re explaining things to me. I went to a different apple store and got what I need to do. I’m sure the other staff are nice. I hope they could see this review and be professional on their job.

Came in to buy an iPad. When we were ready to make the purchase, we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come help us, even though there were 6 people standing around chatting with each other. We found someone and told them we’d like to check out, he said he’d send someone over, 25 minutes later we are still waiting, so we check in with him again and he says he’s waiting for someone to be a available, there are 6 people not doing anything! He goes and talks to a group of 4 people and one comes over 5 minutes later. The first guy and the woman who eventually came over were pretty rude, and not helpful. It really feels like Apple retail relies on the cult following and status of their brand to sell product, not actual customer service. If you’re not locked into Apple, don’t bother, and especially not this store.

Went in to trade in an Apple Watch Ultra 2 towards an Ultra 3…which I did, however I was greeted at the door by a very rude lady red hair beanie hat and heart shaped glasses.
Extremely rude and dismissive, told me that that option doesn’t exist (it does and was completed). This person should not be customer facing.
I went in at the evening of November 3rd to a not very busy store and had a hard time with getting what I needed to get done complete… rude staff

Came here a few weeks ago. I was checking out a phone before my mom walked in. I didn’t catch her name but as soon as my mom entered, a black girl with braids asked, “Can I help you?” My mom didn’t hear her and kept walking, and the employee repeated it much louder and with attitude, saying, “CAN I help you?” It was really disappointing to see the lack of patience and immediate aggression from an Apple employee within 10 seconds of entering the store.

I needed a charging cord and a watch band. I should have made an appointment as that act would’ve lessened my waiting time. The Associate who helped me was pleasant and knowledgeable! He addressed my concerns and helped me sign up for a class at the store. I appreciate the fine customer service provided, even if it took longer to be served.
