  Horrible service. The guy straight up lies to me about their policy today when I asked him about the Iphone 16e offer with 4 lines. I did get all the required information that we need to transfer and he makes up a new policy saying that we need the old phones too in order to apply the promotion which is weird. I tried contacting few other cricket stores to verify what he said and they told that its weird he was asking for that cuz they usually don’t need it. And today is the last day of offer and I missed the opportunity to get the phone because of that guy sitting on the front desk. I need an acknowledgment for this

  Horrible Service....I brought in an IPhone 5s for it to get activated and after 10 minutes of her talking to some guy on the computer she finally attempted to help me with the activation.....She left me in the dark for the next 20 minutes trying to put a sim card in the phone and activate it and was talking in spanish to her coworker while I was confused on why it was taking so long. She finally said that there was something wrong with my phone because the cricket sim card wasn't being read on my phone so I asked them what I should do and they gave me very vague details as if they didn't know themselves on what I should do. I even told them I was going to go to another cricket store and they replied, "Its just going to be the same thing there too, you should go to the store down the street that deals with unlocking phones because the thing in your phone that reads sim cards might be the problem." I ignored their request and went to a farther up north cricket wireless on devon and western and the thing he did that they didnt do was as soon as he put the sim card in my phone he RESTARTED my phone and he had no problem after that...The whole time it took 15 minutes no hassle...These people are horrible at what they do and lost my service...
