  What a refreshing, professional & courteous experience at the Cricket Wirelss Store in Pilsen with Rio! The manager Rio was charming, courteous and knowledgable beyond my expectations. Rio worked diligently to help me understand the purchase of a new smart phone, smart watch as well as sincerely looking for deals & coupons that offered savings to me as a longtime customer. I have utilized this store in February to pay my bill and returned to this location instead of the one on Ashland/18th ave. to purchase a new cellphone thanks to Rio's professionalism. Rio is a RARE BREED! Thank you Rio...YOU'RE RARE & APPRECIATED!

  I want to give a great s/o to the girl Ivette,She's so amazing!!!!I had came in from sprint and she literally had me out the door ready to go less than a hour. She gave a good explanation of everything !!! I even brought my over families to come to Cricket!!!
