Purchased another phone a week ago, and they added another line to my account - THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO ASK FOR YOUR ID AND PIN... which they did not. But had no problem adding a line to my account and refused to provide a receipt. Stephanie at the store advised they cannot look up receipts without a manager and you must be in person as well. Ironic that I need to be in person for that, but adding to your account can be done by anyone UPDATE: Cricket did reach out to me. Apparently you need to file a subpoena to get a copy of the phone call I had with them - But hey... they apologized- HAHA. I still want to file a complaint, and can only do it on Facebook :(
