  The Apple Store is spacious and well designed, offering a wide variety of products to explore and try. The layout is modern and inviting, making it easy to browse comfortably. However, despite the large selection on display, the available inventory is limited, and some products are often out of stock. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit and experience Apple products, but the lack of inventory can be a bit disappointing.

  I was stranded here for FOUR HOURS. I had an appointment to get my front facing camera fixed at 1:20pm. They told me it would take an hour to replace. I called my job as I was on my lunch break and let my manager know I would be late and would use an hour of PTO. BEAR IN MIND, my Ventra app is on my phone so I just stayed at the store and read. When I check in to pick up it is now 3pm. I was sat to wait for 15 min. When I flagged someone down the staff told me the techs were having difficulty fixing my phone a tech would be out with a replacement. A full 30 min has passed since I was initially sat and a tech finally comes out. He tells me my phone was erased so I would have to turn the new phone on and download my back up. Fine. No biggie. The new phone turns on and he "connects" my cell service. However, the new phone needs to be updated to the newest software. It says 30 min. I express concern because I need to get back to work and the tech says it wont take that long. He says I can leave and my cell service can be used to update and download my backup. At this point I have no cell phone to make calls and all my info is on neither phone. HE LEAVES ME WITHOUT CONFIRMING THE PHONE IS SET UP. FOURTY FIVE MINUTES PASS before I am able to get someone to help me. A young lady with red hair who I wish I got her name she was an angel. Turns out my cell service was not properly set up. I had no way to contact my job or even leave as my phone has my Ventra and uber accounts. I wasn't able to contact anyone until 5:07pm I did not leave until 5:20 pm when all of the apps I needed to get home was downloaded. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ALL DAY. I lost a half of day of work and had to use 3.75hrs of PTO that I will never get back. I thank God I have an understanding boss.

  Крайне разочарована Apple Michigan Avenu. Это огромное, современное здание, где внутри растут красивые деревья🌳(вероятно, яблони, но это не точно)). Архитектура впечатляет. Есть большой экран и презентация полезных и интересных проектов. Находиться в здании приятно, НО… Это один из самых худших сервисов в моей жизни. ❌ Мы думали обновить Iphone на 17pro. И для этого мы приходили в этот магазин, чтобы купить айфон 3 раза! И находились любые предлоги, чтобы нас не обслужили должным образом. 💁‍♀️1 раз - мы пришли за час до закрытия. И мужчина сказал, что в кредит айфон мы не успеем оформить до конца смены (нам нужен именно кредит, чтобы улучшить нашу кредитную историю в Штатах для более серьезных покупок) 💁‍♀️2 раз - мы просто пришли и ждали пока к нам вернется консультант, который про нас забыл, целых 40 минут. Затем мы нашли консультанта, который не мог разобраться с переносом моего номера ( я хотела оставить свой номер), и нам уже надо было идти. Мы не рассчитывали, что 2 часа не хватит для покупки. Ушли. 💁‍♀️3 раз - мы уже согласились на новый номер, чтобы было быстрее, отправили документы на финасирование Т-мобайл. И нас отправили в Т-мобайл для верификации. 🤯🤯🤯 Занавес просто! Мы настолько лояльны к Apple, что возвращались в магазин 3 раза. Потеряли время. Очень жаль, что к такой классной продукции прилагается ужасный сервис. Невольно задумаешься, а так ли нужен айфон

  Went there for a simple repair for a cracked screen and was told they would potentially replace the entire iPad itself which is ridiculous for a small crack and I have no say over that, on top of that I probably lost valuable data for my job. furthermore, because this catastrophe of a repair job I now have to potentially wait an additional seven days for my replacement since there was a delay. Which I will miss a deadline for since the tech was completely unable to retrieve the data I needed….That’s fine, but I would’ve preferred to have been told that a week ago! Then have found out last minute. At this point I would’ve rather went to a 3rd party repair shop and had it fixed because this is frustrating and completely unnecessary.

  Awful customer service. On a trip to see Chicago for the first time, when my daughter saw the wonderful "Apple" store by the river(Michigan Ave.). We walked-in to the store and she liked the new green McBook Neo; we had questions about the product so after several minutes of waiting for someone to greet us, someone walked by, so we asked for help getting in line for the next customer service agent. He asked in an unfriendly manner- kind of loud too, why do you need help, are you buying?! Rudely, he then asked for my name and walked away without saying a word. We did not know if we were to expect someone coming up! Unfortunately, I did not get his name. As minutes went by, I aproached a manager? no resolution was provided.
