BEWARE. if you’re picking up your product from repair they might end up giving you someone else’s property. Even though they check IDs. I had to spend the night with some else’s laptop bc I couldn’t return right away. It seems like an incredibly serious mistake yet when I returned it all they could do was give me an AirTag. Something more needs to be done about this. I’ll be contacting corporate about this and getting in touch with the other customer whose laptop they gave me.

IIsel was so helpful, i was so worried my phone wasn’t gonna work because it was frozen, but i walked in told her i had appointment she took me right away and fixed my phone within 5 mins. I was on my lunch break and made it back to work in time. I will recommend her 🫶🏾 to anybody. Thank you so much IIsel.

Be careful when dealing with Matthew, the supervisor. He repeatedly tried to push me into signing up for their store credit card instead of allowing us to finance through our own carrier. More concerning was his attitude—his tone and the way he spoke to both me and my friend came across as unprofessional and dismissive. We were simply trying to purchase a device, and at one point he redirected us elsewhere, which ended the interaction. It’s unfortunate because I was fully prepared to spend more on additional items, but due to how we were treated, we chose not to move forward. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The women employees at this particular location want to talk to you condescendingly then get mad you call them out on it like my bad i could have a follow up question also didn’t know your word was final. Funny how customer service turned into your interrupting my gossip time with my coworkers cuz they are all smiles and giggles until they get called over to “help” you. The guys always super nice extra and helpful even when they kicked me out 2-3 years ago the security guard was way nicer and way more respectful than them.

I’m following up on the review I posted yesterday about my iPhone purchase and missing SIM card. After that disappointing experience, I decided to look up reviews of this store and I was shocked, there are so many complaints about rude employees. I should have checked before, but it’s clear this is a pattern. I don’t understand why no action is being taken. After calling customer support, they assured me my SIM card would be ready today, Monday, so I went in. Unfortunately, the staff was completely indifferent, no one greeted me and I had to chase down a random employee to explain the situation. When I finally spoke to Carlos, the manager, he approached with an attitude from the beginning, saying they don’t have my sim card there (they took it with my old phone and didn’t take it out so I had to come back for it) I had to remind that called the day before reassure it’s here, he went to check. I also mentioned that I need help with screensaver. When he brought the SIM card, he just handed it to me with a cold, dismissive attitude, I said thank you but in return no apology, no acknowledgment of the screensaver issue. I stood there waiting, hoping he would return or even ask a colleague for help, but instead, he just walked off. Rather than being apologetic, he gave me a vibe full of attitude and just left. I had to ask Shannon for help after that, she was incredible and I really appreciate her, but this experience with Carlos was completely unacceptable. This is an Apple Store, customers should feel welcomed and valued, especially by a manager. I am deeply disappointed and hope you take this seriously.
