- JVJanelle VanotterlooJan 24, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon location. The sales associate I worked with, Kaitlyn, was not welcoming, knowledgeable, or attentive. She seemed uninterested in helping me select a device and did not listen well to my needs or questions when it came to ordering what I wanted in. When my device arrived, she was difficult to work with and unable to properly assist with getting it set up. In fact, someone from a different Verizon location ended up handling about 90% of the transaction and support because she lacked the knowledge of the devices and systems. I was also not informed about fees associated with my upgrade, including being expected to pay sales tax upfront, which was never explained. This lack of transparency was frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, the experience felt rushed, unhelpful, and marked by a poor attitude. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. Secondly the other male attendant spent most of the time on his phone then working with clients.

Courteous and did get answers from coworker if he was unaware of answers. Always a learning curve getting to find features of a new upgraded device but am highly satisfied with my purchase.
