They helped me with registration, as we encountered some technical bugs, they had a solution for them all. If a friend of mine will look for a new phone with great service, I'll send them to Russel Cellular. Thank you again Jon and Ellen!
- SHStevie HoviousNov 4, 20251.0I went in to upgrade my phone, and before the upgrade I had purposely not been paying for Verizon's Device Protection. I had not paid for it in over a year at that point, voluntarily. At no point during the upgrade process was signing up for it asked or even mentioned in any manner, yet I was signed up for the most expensive tier. When I went into the store to take it off, I was told that can't be done at the store and I need to call Verizon. It's really something that you guys can sign me up to spend my money without my knowledge or consent but can't do anything to fix it. Spending your customer's money without permission is generally frowned upon and to top it off you guys refused to correct your own wrong. I will never step foot in this location again and recommend the same to the entire population of the Charleston area. They will rip you off.

- AVAnthony VJul 23, 20254.0This place is professional! They know what they are doing. Unfortunately I rate it a 4 because of Verizon’s own tech support. It took us 5 hours to transfer an account. Which is no fault to this location!! It usually takes at most 10 minutes but the person we connected with didn’t exactly “know what he was doing” Russel Cellular is amazing and I recommend them for all your phone needs!
