She definitely cares about her customers. I have been to the other Verizon in Charleston, in Tuscola, and 2 in Champaign. Those employees some are grumpy, act like you are bothering them. They don’t have a good attitude of serving and helping the customer. They just have flippant answers if they don’t know. They give up quickly and sometimes make you feel stupid and the problem is you. This Charleston IL store is the best. The staff is all helpful here, have the right attitude, take their time and make you want to return.
