He process a little slower and they were both so patient, understanding and explaining things over to make sure he understood. Turning his old phone in was smooth and very informative on how the billing would show on our bill over the next 3 years. The extra time they took to make sure we understood was very appreciated and we didn’t feel stupid! So thanks to these two working together they seems to be a great team!!
