Had in email issue that had been going on for several .months and she had it fixed in a matter of 15 minutes or so !!! My Dad and I both went in and bought new phones from her and she had us in and out of there in no time ...I don't know what you pay her but it's not enough!!! Customer service like that is unheard of these days!! Thank you Katie !!!!!!!
