Sarah was a life saver!! If I could give her 10⭐️ I would!! Several other “professionals “ could not resolve my iPhone issue and even though it took some time and patience, I am now ready to go on my new phone!! Thank you, Sarah for your expertise and kindness.

In past years, the Geek Squad has been great! This year, I've called on them maybe four times. They were unable to help. I needed to have a power switch changed out on my laptop. They no longer do that kind of work in-house, but send it out. Est. time to fix: 2-6 weeks! Uh ... no. I called about having difficulties pairing my new Samsung soundbar. They read me the instructions (that I already had), and said if I needed anything more I needed to contact the manufacturer. Worthless. I will NOT be renewing this year.

If no stars existed, that would be my rating. I had a terrible experience here. The list would be long and legitimate but there isn’t enough space here to write it. 99% of the problems and concerns I had could have been prevented if I were able to speak with someone at the store prior to an hour drive one way to get there. Today’s AI technology and over seas call centers are ruining the customer serve environment. It doesn’t help at all when the CSR at the counter doesn’t care about my concerns, tells me I’m silly for wanting to spend money, just “no” for business. I walked out.

I purchased my computer from Best Buy less than a year ago with that I also purchased Geek Squad protection.
Since this time i purchased the computer I have had several things that needed to be repaired. Less than 3 months into owning my computer my speaker was blown. Fast forward not even 7 months later my camera and earphone jack were broken. With all these problems already happening in less that a year and having a warranty my expectation was that they would replace the computer.
This did not happen. I have continually had to send it in for repairs. This last time that I had to send it in working with Geek Squad chat to even have it looked at in order to get it repaired was a nightmare. Which was really disappointing because Best Buy has been a reputable company in the past.
