A gentleman named Cam gave us false information and now we are stuck financially dealing with the repercussions. Just go to the Verizon across the street.

But it turned out just award points that is worth the 10% of our purchase value. I have got the card for more than one month. Their award points have not arrived yet. The worst part is that after I agreed to open a credit card but did not see the 10% award, their employee hid somewhere and let a new guy to talk to me. I dont want to go to a place whose employees cannot be held accountable for what they promised. I will bring the business to somewhere else for sure

The contract states that they will fix the issue and were unable to do so along with breaking the computer and still charging the “repair fee” is completely unacceptable. Best Buy is terribly unreliable, take your devices to other locations because this company does not do what they say they will.
