- TFThereal FashionMar 26, 20262.0Got the whole shabang, new TV ,mount, delivery ,and mounting services, these guys pulled up tried to tell me my exterior walls have no studs, left me with the mount and TV like it was my problem , I measured and knocked and found studs in seconds when they left. This is extremely frustrating and for the rate they charge for mounting makes me lose confidence in their installers abilities..now I'm mounting the TV on my own like a professional while the professionals "can't do it"

I called and no one can help me as they are not part of the trade in department. I sent emails and have not received any replies. I did receive a response to this review and the problem was corrected. While I appreciate that I shouldn't have to resort to that to get proper service. No complaints from the actual physical store. Everyone there was very helpful
