  Trash I spent all day in here yesterday and they couldn't help us get figured out then I come back the next day and the manager Brandi promised the last I phone to someone else and we couldn't buy it this place is very unprofessional don't not recommend at all they don't know what they are doing and they are not very professional at all they have nothing in stock and the lady amber told us it would be less than 80 and then tell us that it's gonna be 200 a month I'm switching to another company I'm done with cricket they are not helpful and they lie plus Brandi the manager is super rude I do not recommend go to Verizon or straight talk also this place is very dirty shouldn't matter but it's just icing on the cake after I spent 2 days trying to do this and we already had an account with them save yourself time and money go elsewhere

  I just switched to Cricket tonight. My brother added me to his line. My husband paid $70.+ for activation, sim card and 1 month of service. AFTER he paid they said my next bill is due in 2 weeks. Me, my husband, and my brother thought she was joking. My husband asked "are you serious?" She said yeah, the bill date is the 3rd of next month. I understand the rules but they never mention that. IF I would have been told about that before paying I would have just signed on the 3rd. It's not like I needed a phone right away.
