Went into the store with my mom intending to leave with a new phone. Was told by the employee that my phone doesn’t qualify for anything because it’s not paid off (it is). They then interrupted my mom while she was asking a question to say, “well if you’d let me finish!”, before continuing to talk about things that didn’t pertain to what we needed. I continued to ask questions, discovered they can’t even do anything for us in the store: they couldn’t change our current plan, couldn’t sell us a new plan, couldn’t sell us a new phone- really they could only somewhat answer questions regarding what was available if we called customer service. Idk man, I work retail, I know customers can get testy, I know most stuff is done online, but I also know my mom and I were super nice and just confused about intentionally confusing upgrades and plans. I’ve never seen my mom be so blatantly talked down to by staff at any other establishment. If you can avoid this store and are able to go to another in the surrounding area, I absolutely would.
