I came in around 5:15 PM (the store closes at 6) because my phone wasn’t working and I needed a new phone. Despite it being close to closing time, Josilyn never made me feel rushed or like I was holding her up. She walked me through all my options for plans and phone service, explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure my new phone was fully set up and everything transferred over — which wasn’t done until about 6:45 PM. Her kindness, attention to detail, and professionalism truly stood out. I am very pleased with her service and will always come back to this location and ask for Josilyn. If you’re new to the Chicagoland area, go to the Calumet City Verizon and request Josilyn — you’ll be in great hands!

After that not even an option on what to do because she “wasn’t a technician”. Exactly why I never come here but was running on time.
