    The Hispanic woman with bleach blonde hair who was working at 11AM on Monday November 17 should not be employed in customer service. She was extremely dismissive and unhelpful to myself as well as two other guests who were all dealing with a network issue in the area. She was also rude to her coworker in front of all of us when the store phone rang. She stood up to answer it and very aggressively said "feel free to help whenever" to him, while he was helping a guest himself. In the 3 VERY BRIEF minutes she "attempted" to help me with the network issue, she cut me off and talked over me 3 times. She didn't offer any help or suggestions other than to reset my phone and reset my network, which i had already done multiple times... After I told her I had already went to the Verizon Website and put my address and phone number in, she proceeded to do the same thing on her iPad (which she stared at the whole time, never making eye contact with me), after she put my information in she turned the iPad to me and said "it will have more information in 12 hours" (which I had already done 18 hours prior, if she would have asked she would have known). At that point I asked "Is that all you've got for me?" and she replied "That's all i've got for you" As I said in the store, thanks for being incredibly unhelpful, kick rocks lady. This employee is a terrible representative of Verizon Wireless, especially at a corporate store. I have been with Verizon for nearly 20 years and never had a bad thing to say about their customer service until today.

    In this location everybodys in the worst mood ever, from the manager to other staff, came the other day to return my verizon business router since its not being any close to fast speed what i needed, they made me wait 40 minutes even if there was only a few people in the line, they were so unpolite. And to make it even worse after all that wait they didn't wonna take my router saying the business customer service is not open till Monday besides the fact that i got a confirmation throught thier call centar that i can drop it off on Saturday, on top of it i had to pay almoat 400$ juat for the router that i dont need. Horrible experiance with verizon in general they modify the bills on their own every month, customers not knowing what they are being charged for...

    I’m very disappointed with Verizon. Four months ago they told me my remaining balance on the phone was $600, and now they say it’s $800 — even after I made all my payments on time. I also paid $163 recently, but they keep showing a higher balance. I have all receipts and proof. Please fix this issue — customers shouldn’t be treated this way

    Came in today to change out my phone. I was completely on the fence with it because I typically feel as though I’m being over charged every time I upgrade. Maria was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions. Hands down best Verizon experience I’ve had! Thank you Maria.
