I would not go to this Best Buy they are thief's. I took my lest than one year laptop into for repair because it would not turn on. They told me they would let me know if they would be able to fix it or they my not. I had bought the extended warranty in which they said is the best and you would not have any problems if something happens to it. When I bought the computer they also sold me a Samsung 980 pro 2TB internal Gaming SSD PCle in which they said this make sure your computer run faster. I did and bought a warranty for this also and they installed it in the computer.
After waiting a month they said they would not be able to fix the computer and they would give me the money for a new one. I told them okay and went into the store to pick out a new computer. I also asked them for my Samsung 980 pro 2TB internal Gaming SSD PCle so it could be installed in the new computer. They said we have to call the repair shop and give us a week. I have also emailed Brian Hundt the manager about this and they said they would get back to me. Not to go back and forth but a month later they said they cannot find my Samsung 980 pro 2TB internal Gaming. I only asked for them to replace what they lost or stole because a new Samsung 980 pro 2TB internal Gaming is double for what I paid for. I feel they stole my 2TB and trying to make me pay more money to get another one so I could put in my new computer.

Ordered many things from this Best Buy and all of the time it’s been pleasant. Recently purchased a remote start for my car and had it installed here. The techs were very polite and performed the install quickly and expertly. Very pleased with results and the way they treated me. There are many things you can check out before you buy and the staff is great. Only problem is people like to mess around with the display items ruining it for the rest of the people.

i bought 400 meta glasses and came back because they didn’t look like the ones i tried on and had some questions if it was my mistake , they didn’t help me at all , they where just standing there talking and when i asked for help they just dismissed me and said that’s just how they are kinda frustrating
