Ordered a Xbox Ally. The box arrived completely empty. Customer service hung up on me. The delivery driver said "I no speak English" and hung up. Will never shop at Best Buy again. What a joke.

Spent over 20 minutes in the checkout line because now they group people checking out with merchandise in the same line as people returning merchandise. Why would you do this? Have a separate returns counter like you use to have. I know you revenue is down to a measly 41 billion. Surely you could pay someone 20/hr to work a customer returns counter instead of grouping the returns with the checkout lanes. Waste of time purchasing any items in the store. Next time, if there’s gonna be a next time, I’ll order it online. But, probably not from Not so Best Buy.

Out of all the Best Buy’s I’ve been to lately I can say today’s visit has been the best. It was very busy since it’s right after Christmas. But I had the best service ever. I needed help finding a good camera and Brian answered all my questions. Brian was kind, helpful, and calm. I didn’t feel rushed. I hope there are more workers as kind as Brian. I felt very good making my purchase when I came with no knowledge. At the cash register Thalassa was very kind also. Thank you and Happy Holidays!

HUGE shoutout to Luis who took care of me during my last trip to the Burbank Best Buy! I had a ton of questions about purchasing a gaming monitor and needed help making the right choice for my specific needs. Instead of pointing to the most expensive or most popular monitor, Luis took the time to explain how different monitors could impact my gaming experience and the key specs to prioritize (he was so knowledgeable). He also used the display models to show me how these specs actually "show up" on the monitors, which was very helpful to me as I'm a visual person. Most importantly, he was VERY patient with me (I was all over the store, bouncing from one monitor to the next) and allowed me some alone time to consider my budget (lol) while checking in on me as needed. This is buy far the worst Best Buy if you're looking to buy an appliance to be installed. Our second time ordering appliances and second time cancelling. On both occasions there were issues with their warehouse. First time our appliances were damaged BOTH fridge and range. This time they cancelled delivery the first date and rescheduled. It's always something. My husband has labs to be completed and rescheduled to ensure we would get our dishwasher. We cancelled this order to and will be going to home Depot. Fix the warehouse
