  Somehow my disabled brother and I were both approved for $2300.00 each. We left with nothing from the PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE-LEASE to own program. My brother owns a $200k houses, no debt and has made well over 200 consecutive mortgage payments. However, somehow were weren't allowed to participate in the program. This experience has completely transformed my relationship with the BEST BUY brand. Please do better with the people who built your big company. Don't treat us like we don't matter

  Staff was very helpful and informative. I went in to shop for a refrigerator and the representative was very helpful. I ended up purchasing something else and the manager on duty was very polite and accommodating.

  They need to hire more trained customers willing to help customers. I waited about 30 minutes to get help each employee sends me to different department for gaming board .

  Worst experience here with the employees and the manager Viri, I waited in line for hours for a product they told they had and will be available when the store opens. Just to come find out that the manager Viri is letting the employees buy the product before door s open. Total lack of respect for people's time , why not just say you dont have the product since you already know the employees will be buying it all before the store opens. Manager Viri swears its against store policy for employees to purchase this certain product while working and an employee can get fired for this. But refuses to look at footage or the system to prove us the customer, wrong . She is a part of the problem too. Corporate will be contacted and this will not be swept under the rug. Values and morals are scarce these days.

  The times are a changing folks. Yes. I went to Best Buy and was able to get exactly what I ventured in to get. In that regard, they do not disappoint. I just long for the old days when you could still buy physical media there. I miss going in to get something and discovering a version or a new import of something I didn't know existed. Memories, like the corners of my mind........
