- BBBentley BentleySep 22, 20251.0I went into this location today, and was never greeted. I waited and watched reps sit idle with no customers for approximately 15 min. yet refusing to assist me. Upon waiting a white couple entered the store and they immediately greeted and proceeded to assist them. As I’m getting up to leave, one of them asked if I had been waited on. I was totally insulted. This truly felt very racial motivated. Not tolerated, so I made a conscious decision to leave. No matter the race, it is customers that keep your business open. Everyone should be treated fairly.

No point of paying high prices when their customer service is horrible. Trying to activate is hell and having call different people, manager Galen did not offer any solutions. 3 hours to activate a phone is crazy
