    I went into this location today, and was never greeted. I waited and watched reps sit idle with no customers for approximately 15 min. yet refusing to assist me. Upon waiting a white couple entered the store and they immediately greeted and proceeded to assist them. As I’m getting up to leave, one of them asked if I had been waited on. I was totally insulted. This truly felt very racial motivated. Not tolerated, so I made a conscious decision to leave. No matter the race, it is customers that keep your business open. Everyone should be treated fairly.

    The staff here are wonderfully helpful to my mom whenever she needs help with her phone. Gunner was exceptionally helpful, patient and is a 5⭐️ customer service rep!!!

    I don’t have Verizon phones but needed WiFi. What I liked is NO pressure to switch. Just the business at hand. Time is important and I don’t like to be given sale pitches. Courteous and helpful. Update; 2 months later-I originally gave five stars, (which brick and mortar store was great) but have now lowered it to two because I have had to call customer service several times about incorrect billing on my account. It has been a nightmare. (800 cust service)

    Worst customer service m, if you need help most likely they going to send you to 1800 number, been customers over 8 plus years have been receiving worst customer service from Verizon over last few years. No point of paying high prices when their customer service is horrible. Trying to activate is hell and having call different people, manager Galen did not offer any solutions. 3 hours to activate a phone is crazy
