My son had bought a Galaxy fold and after one week it developed a dead pixel so we took it back to exchange it because we were told that we had a 30 day guarantee if we had any issues. They didn't have any Folds so they sent us to Oak Brook which sucks on its own. They refused to exchange the phone without me paying a $50 restocking fee or filing a claim with insurance. So we went back to Bolingbrook and they said it had to be an exact same phone exchange, funny nobody ever mentioned that before including Verizon customer service on the phone. So we ended up returning the phone, paying the restocking fee of $50 and getting a different phone. Buyer beware Verizon is no longer customers come first.
