As always, great staff who welcome my dog and treat us so very kindly! Dr. McNamara takes such great care of my dog! She practices conservatively and offers different options for treatment if available. I feel she is extremely knowledgeable and I am very comfortable with her plan of care that she always discusses prior to treatment. My dog that displays uneasiness in various settings acts like he is at a party visiting all his friends when he walks through the door!! The fact that my pet is so comfortable with the staff means more to me than words express! Thank you all for every little thing you do to take such great care of my dear pet!

The receptionist who answered the phone was very nice and was actually concerned about my cat and helped me book an appointment. Can’t say the same for most of the vets in the area. She made me feel super comfortable bringing my cat there. The veterinarians were also very kind and helpful.

Totally wrong diagnosis told us our dog injested Marijuana and he would be better in 72 hours that he was high all the while he had an erupted tumor and was bleeding out. They did not do an ultrasound they advised of tests but then said we didn't need them they world not be conclusive for the situation. They also then sold us dog food to help with his digestion. Our dog has paaed away and we would have proceeded differently had we have been told to go to emergency vets that they didn't know what was wrong rather than tell us to give it 72 hours. Even as he worsend and I called back I was told to call poison control and go to e.r. he never invested anything, if I felt it was worse. Which we did go to e.r. right away. We were told his problem was very obvious by e.r. vet and that they should have felt his distended hard abdomen and done an ultrasound.
