    Some basic items are out of stock especially the INSIGNIA MASSAGE SEATS, Bestbuy bring it back.

    We purchased a TV on Dec. 18th, the sales clerk convinced us to have it delivered and for $50, they would haul away the old one. We explained that it was a 60" TV from 30 years ago and was very large. We were told we would get a refund if it wasn't possible. The TV was delivered on Dec. 20th, the deliverymen said they needed their tools to take it apart, but that they could do it. Said we would get a call on the 21st to reschedule. Never received a call. I waited until Friday, Dec. 26th. The representative said they would send someone on Monday the 29th, with tools, they were aware of the size. On Monday at 7:15pm, I called to see if someone was still coming, the representative assured me that he spoke to the team and they were just running late. We waited until 10:40. The next day , the 30th we spoke with another representative who said they would be coming today, Jan. 3rd and apologized profusely. Today at 6:00 pm, I called to see if they were on their way, after being on hold for 40 minutes, I was told they do not haul away large tvs, but if I wanted they could do it for $199. In my previous conversations I was never told this by anyone, I asked to speak with a supervisor, the representative said he would give me the same answer, but would be calling me in 5 to 10 min. I am still waiting, that was an hour ago. If the size was an issue why were we sent a confirmation yesterday about hauling it today. Not one person that we spoke with ever said it was an issue, and if it was why did no one call us to advise us of the situation. I would love to hear from corporate, but I've been told they don't care. Extremely disappointed in Best Buy.

    Cancelled the order I had made w/ a discount code, and could not reinstate the order or refund the one-time use code. Happy to help me order at full price though!

    I had to stop in to exchange my TV after a rather unfortunate experience at the one on 75th St. in Darien. I was a little apprehensive, but was met with such care and professionalism by Cory. He took care of everything with such a wonderful attitude, and it made me feel very comfortable on spending a large amount of money on another TV. I would recommend going to him for everything.

    I have been waiting a week for a monitor I ordered online to be delivered. Finally my patience gave out and I said "Why am I doing this? I can get a new monitor from Best Buy is about an hour. The monitor I got doesn't have all the features the one I was waiting for did. But I can pretty well add those on as asseccories without all the hassle of waiting for deliveries.
