- MNMike N5 days ago5.0Took my vacuum in. They checked it out and identified that everything was working except for a bad battery, which I had purchased from amazon. They put in a new battery and now it's working. In and out in about 10 minutes. Save the headache and just take your Dyson to them and get it fixed right the first time.

More importantly he set me up with a brand new product at a great sale price and extedned warranty. I usually buy our Dyson goods at Costco but I'll be doing all my future purchasing right here.
