Told him I wanted to exchange my wife's new phone with no activation. Was out of there in 15-20 min, Very happy until I got in my car and my phone didn't work. He activated my new phone (which I didn't have with me) Back in I go, he then activates my wife's new exchanged phone so now I have no way to find her as she's shopping in a near by mall. Long story short, another half hour, continued mishaps and I'm finally out of there. To add insult to injury, this resulted in Verizon removing my $1,000 new phone credit which I had to spend another half hour working out over the phone. I've been with Verizon for 14 years, over that time, only visited 2 different company stores with the same level of frustration. I hope I never have to visit another one again.
