  They higher the best workers who have consistently given me great service for the past 3 years. So much so that I’m Best Buy has become my first option for any tech needs

  Best Buy is not a store anymore. It's a shoddy display case for online ordering. I went to buy a charger for my watch. They said they could order it and have it in 3 days. I could have one to my house from the Best Buy website in 2 days. It's a charger. Usually if a person needs one, they need it right away. That's one of the few remaining benefits of brick and mortar electronics stores. It's not like chargers are high cost, slowly moving, or painfully specific inventory items. Anyway, this is probably more a criticism of the general state of retail than a specific criticism of Best Buy, but dang. A charger?

  Terrible, the employees at the Geek Squad in this store are useless. I set an appointment for a battery replacement for my iPhone 14 Pro and it was confirmed and when I arrived I was told no one was there that can do the replacement. An employee rescheduled me for the next day and I dropped the phone off, just for when I picked it up I was told the battery may have been faulty and the phone was overheating when charging. He gave me the phone back at 20%, the phone died within 10 minutes and has not turned on since (over 12 hours). Even after being plugged in for hours to charge (and it getting hot again) and trying to hard restart the phone per an Apple Support article, it will not power on. The phone is in worse condition than before I even got the service. I can't get a refund for my $99 spent on this faulty battery, I have tried a different store to get the new faulty battery replaced and again no one was there to install it. And I can't get in touch with a manager or supervisor to resolve this issue.

  I worked with Jayden to find a new computer for my kids. He was not interested in helping me and I felt I would be better off shopping online. I ended up having to leave with no purchase. His phone must have been more interesting than customer service.
