The ENTIRE beginning purchase was covered by Best Buy Total, with 200+ dollars being knocked off for the YEARLY price of 180 for a year's worth of coverage. The person who took care of us, a man named Kyle, was not only extremely understanding, but knowledgable with both us and the amazing finely aged couple ahead and took his time getting our information and what we needed done. The place was cleanly, and for someone that loves seeing cool computer stuff, it's a wonderland. I JUST dropped off my computer and parts, so I will update this review after they do what I'm sure will be a great job! Update: Caleb, Kyle, Emilee and the rest of the crew earned every star of this review. Not only did they go above and beyond (as did the rest of the team), but they fixed and put together my computer from the ground up at no cost past the initial price for Best Buy Total. They were friendly and put up with the frequent calls I made for updates. They even demo'd my computer to prove their work was excellent and well done. Please trust these geek squad members with your electronics, they really are excellent and worth the membership!
