  Cynthia was an amazing sales person, I came in to help my friend get Cricket and boom! He is walking out with a new phone, a case, and she somehow got his soul. I couldn't turn down the ac. She made me work! It's hot! But it was a very good experience overall. Had fun, which is a weird thing to say about a phone store, but here we are.

  Excellent customer service. We arrived about an hour before closing, the manager was finishing up with another customer. The manager helped us out and never once complained that it was closing time. He was very knowledgeable about the products. It's crazy, but Cricket runs on the AT&T network and Cricket has much better service and prices compared to AT&T. So keep that in mind the next time you are in the market for new phone service.
