    I had an incredible frustrating experience at this location. I dealt with the manager, Diego who was unprofessional and remarkably rude. Every time I tried to explain my situation he constantly cut me off and refuse to let me finish a sentence. To make matters worse he kept making smart remarks and had a completely dismissive attitude. He seriously needs to be retrained or demoted as he makes the entire environment feel uncomfortable. Save yourself the headache and go to the Wheaton location instead.

    I came in today to get a replacement for my phone, because my screen had gotten badly cracked yesterday and I was overdue for an upgrade. As someone who's been doing this song and dance every few years for almost two decades now, I'm used to this taking well over an hour or longer. Jeremy walked up and helped me right away, was able to get me out of the store in less than 30 minutes, and helped me get a really nice phone. He was able to answer my questions on what make/model would be the best fit, which had a longer battery life, and if the UI of the phone I chose would be close enough to my previous one. He also saw that I had an outdated plan and was able to upgrade me to a better one that was a few dollars cheaper. Truly, this was THE best experience I've ever had getting a new phone and I would recommend Jeremy to anyone going into the store. I'm glad to know there's a store in the area where I can go when I need to do this again without any hassle.

    We visited a Verizon store and I would like to highlight Jeremy — he is truly a professional. He was very attentive, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Thanks to him, we were able to purchase 5 phones, and the entire process was smooth and comfortable. Unfortunately, another employee was rude, which slightly affected the overall experience. However, big thanks to Jeremy — employees like him truly make a difference in customer service🫶🏻

    What a waste of my time. Their better offer is a total BS. Their current offers is nowhere near what I pay for 5 lines with my current wireless vendor + home Internet. They can't or won't even match current level of services with the price even showing the current bill. I hear now national level outages. I wanted to switch to Verizon as I used to be their customer about 10/12 years ago. At that time I had good customer service with them. this was not the level of customer service I remember couple years ago. Their website does not work, longer phone line hold, unreasonable information requests even for quoting a price. Total failure. I won't be switching to Verizon anytime soon.
