When they tried to deliver it they drove out to maywood... and instead of coming to addison they made me reschedule delivery. I call customer service to make sure everything is right and they will bring it to the correct address and they said they escalated my claim to a higher status to make sure things are taken care of. After 3 failed delivery attempts I had to cancel my order because they kept driving to maywood and making me reschedule. No one in customer service would help me, they said I would get a call about my claim but never did. I will never buy anything from bestbuy again and I would urge others to do the same.

The gentleman who loaded my vehicle was also extremely kind and polite especially impressive given the frigid weather. He remained cheerful and professional the entire time. Unfortunately, the item did not work and will need to be returned, but that does not take away from the excellent customer service provided by the staff.
