purchased an unlocked phone excellent condition but turns out it was locked and reported stolen, reached out online customer care and they directed me to return it to any store, went to Bloomingdale store the manager available at the moment refuses for any help even with best buy's policy to return it at any store he refuses to even look at it, worst experience with bestbuy so far.

I ordered a dishwasher and fridge. We received a message close to the delivery date that something was out of stock. We called, and nothing was wrong. I go to the store and their system was down. I call again (the day before the delivery) and all is good. But no, more messages saying something is out of stock. I go back to the store and finally get told the fridge is out of stock. In the end, it was not delivered on the day it was scheduled and the last vacation day we had available. There was no choice but to cancel the order. Unfortunately, the geek squad warranty had already started on products we never received. The manager, Daniel, was unable to give a full refund. How does a warranty start on a product never delivered!!!!! He said call geek squad and could not help further. Their AI system hung up on me the first time. Still fighting to get my money back!

AVOID this Bloomingdale, IL. store location especially if you are buying expensive stuff and special order products, they ordered high-end home theater system for me, when i saw the price is cheaper on their website they would not price match it, this happened the same day when they placed the order for me, they said that it's from "BestBuy marketplace or third party seller" that's why they can't price match.! but it's on their website.! so they told me to just return the product to the store once I received them, long story short I received the items and when I was returning the items they said that they cannot accept them because they were purchased from bestbuy.com the associate told me that they will reach out to corporate to set up the return and schedule the pick up from my house, very frustrating experience, I end up calling the customer service and explained what happened, the customer service agent told me that the store should accept the returns, there is also a RETURN to Store option on the website, Shout Out to the guy who helped me with this issue, the store accept the items after the sales associate talked to him on the phone, never had a bad experience with this store in past but now looks like they really have BAD management.! Not buying from this store again. AVOID..AVOID..AVOID..
