  Worst experience ever. Ordered a washing machine to have veen delivered during a 12 hour window on 4/1. The unit was crushed as they took it out of the box. I refused to accept the unit. They rescheduled delivery and install for 4/4 during a 12 hour delivery window. They did not bring the unit at all. I talked to Ferran, customer service supervisor, who basically said that they can reschedule again for 4/7, again during a 12 hour delivery window. They said they can not deliver same day even though they messed up and wasted my time. They would rather further inconvenience a paying customer than inconvenience a delivery service. These are all 3rd parties and no one from actual best buy. I tried to call the local store, which I thought I ordered from, but they said that there is no direct number to any staff at the store. They said they resolved my issue, but in fact they resolved a delivery issue by rescheduling 2x. They did not resolve the issue of inconvenience to a customer. Instead, they just further inconvenienced a customer. I will also be writing a formal letter to corporate with my grievance. This is absolutely unacceptable and expect much more from a long standing company such as Best Buy. I need someone, preferably someone who actually can make a decision, to reach out to me. Hopefully someone reads this and actually listens to a customer and truly resolves the issue.

  This Bestbuy is one of the best as soon as I walked in i was greeted and recieved help right away. Yesterday I walked in and same 5 start service was given employees name Irfan and Sky were so hlepful in sorting out my exchange of the product I have purchased and was not working and they quickly got me what I needed and sorted out my even exchange. Thankyou Bestbuy for your fast and excellent service.

  Worst Best Buy in the area. Despite being in a popular shopping plaza, this store is always empty. This store removed their customer service department. Checkout lanes now handle checkout, returns, and pickups. Only one lane open for the whole store on a Sunday afternoon... After a long wait, Loss Prevention filled in but their job of treating every customer as a thief is incompatible with customer service. They were loud, rude, and belligerent. Laughed in my face claiming Best Buy doesn't have a social media team (???) when I told him they said they reached out to this store in advance. He wouldn't process the returns. Wouldn't call over a manager to confirm that BB Social Media contacted them. Wife asked why he was being a jerk about the whole thing so he just shouted the situation at a random employee covering the door who just shrugged confused. All of this due to Best Buy online sending me the wrong item. So now I'm forced to issue a chargeback because I'm not wasting my time coming back to this awful store.

  Never shopping Best Buy again. First of all, you can’t call the store and talk to a person at any location. I bought an open box TV and it turns out, there was a different cheaper model inside. Took forever to return it and store did not want to do anything about it. They should be embarrassed. Geek squad is a joke!! Very dissatisfied with Best Buy over all. Costco all the way from now on for all electronics. Up yours!!
