Whatever you do, don't fall for the scam of Care Club. They will charge you to cancel it and you cannot transfer it to another VCA, which is what they told me when I signed up despite the fact I told them I was relocating. It is a scam and they are scammers for promoting it.

He was sent home with a goodie bag which was a nice touch we do have 4 other cats and a dog so we will definitely be back in the future

- YMYesenia MedelAug 24, 20252.0This was me and my dog’s first visit to this clinic. We got there a little early so we we waited in the lobby. The receptionist wasn’t very welcoming. She seemed a little annoyed that she had to be at work on Saturday ( I guess) when the doctor’s nurse came to get us again very unwelcoming and cold seemed annoyed . When we got to the exam room she never acknowledged my dog went straight into prices for everything. Weighed my dog and walked out. When the doctor came in she over talked me and again barely acknowledged my dog. I knew she didn’t really go over my dogs information because she called her a boy and she is a girl never even said her name. When it was time to give her her rabies shot she was very rough and startled my baby. The entire visit was cold and rushed . I would not recommended this place to anyone especially if they are new or establishing care for their pet. Horrible experience !
