In one appointment they told me my dog was overweight and needed to handle it drastically then on my next appointment they said he was way underweight and shouldn’t do that. So depending on the day they will give you different answers. I decided to try somewhere else that was more reasonable and when I called to cancel the monthly subscription they told me it would help cover check up services they now want to charge me an additional $185 in addition to the monthly subscription and explained to me that I just need to read the fine print, but it was never explained to me face to face when I signed up for the subscription that I needed to have it for a year which is so deceitful.

As first time guests here I was completely impressed with the attention and knowledge they shared about how to take better care of our fur babies. Even if it’s a longer commute for check ups, my fiancé and I have decided this is our new Clinic.

Whatever you do, don't fall for the scam of Care Club. They will charge you to cancel it and you cannot transfer it to another VCA, which is what they told me when I signed up despite the fact I told them I was relocating. It is a scam and they are scammers for promoting it.
