So, after a very long week ("transfered" as a new customer to Verizon (Fairview location) last Monday) with 2 of our 3 phones with no service.... a extra trip to the Sparta location we were there for aprox 1.5 hours before that gentleman threw his hands up and said he couldn't help us. I then took time out of work (which is so very hard to do), and drove back today to the Fairview Verizon store location, to be told after aprox. a half hour that our phones not working wasn't "on us and NOT to assume, that the phones not working properly" was their fault and to return to the cricket store and see what they could do to fix our phones that were already "switched" over to Verizon, and my account with Cricket was already cancelled and void.. He was firm, cut me off, explained the same thing over and over as if I were dense... didnt try anything other than pushing a few button on his ipad and putting a sim card into my phone which caused it to lock. Then there was "absolutely nothing he could do" other than tondirect me to cricket. He didnt make a single call. He disnt even do anything with my sons phone. Just pushed me along. So know this...they dont want to help. They dont wantbto be bothered. They just want the new people that are bring $$ to spend...but after the dotted lign is signed "it's all on you bruh".... So, I leave their store, with no GPS, no support given by the cuatomer care rep, who didnt even offer direction of any sort, and drove (not from here) on N. Illinois street looking forna Cricket store as I knew thebone we normally use was a Belleville location. Ended up droving through Swansea, several areas of Belleville Ive never been and drove and drove until low and behold it a run down brick sign/display latting coming on traffic know they have reached E. St. Louis. So, I then whip around again and drive back the same direction until I see a road that sounded familiar. Which was Belt. I turn on it and drove until low and behold there was a cricket store. They could do NOTHING (they did try and were sweet), because I was no longer a customer, no longer with an account of any kind to refrence. I left so discouraged think how do I get back to another road I know. I cant call anyone. I cant text. I turn right out of their lot, while praying. I drive and drive, and bam, at Carlyle and whats on the left of me text to Aldi, but ANOTHER Verizon location. So I whip in and go in with my phones and paperwork and three ladies were there, one with a customer already, and 2 others that greeted with all smiles and ready to help anyone that walked in the door. They both spent around 2 hours. On the phone with different Verizon customer care departments to resolve the issue, they were so patient, encouraging and so dedicated to make sure, I left their building, with a way to contact someone if needed. They tried so many different things, until finally, one idea worked for my kids phone. Then they continued on. Until they resolved the issue with mine. Yes, these ladies, never gave up! No upsell, knowingnthere would be no commision, they were still dedicated to do what they were HIRED to do! To help their customers with integrity. Not to just shew the ones away that may become a timely issue to resolve. So a huge SHOUT OUT, to Ashley and Brittany for their dedication to this new Verizon customer! And another huge shout out to Darla who has trained an awesome team! Go store Carlyle..... would definitly recommend if you are a Verizon Customer and need a new device. Go see these ladies. They will help you start to finish with a smile. And, their store is immaculate! They deserve all the people thinking of switching or becoming a new Verizon customer. 10/10 recommend! Thank you again ladies!
Hope you ladies enjoyed your lunch and coffee... will be, on me, again next week...I will call for your pizza order!
Very Happy Customer, thanks to the ladies at verizon on Carlyle Ave..STE A.
