For 2 months my bill was $100 than normal, when my husband went in to inquire about it they pulled out a bin with 25+ phones and told him he could dig through it to see if he could locate ours- they never mailed the phones for trade in. I’ve now been fighting with Verizon to try to get this corrected, for 6 months my bill has remained $100 higher than it should be. I’m trying a different Verizon store today, if it is not able to be corrected we will unfortunately have to switch mobile provides. While we have had several positive experiences at this store, this entire debacle is entirely unacceptable.

They even handle the transfer from the old device . Other Verizon store hand you a paper with instructions to do it your self. Especially want to recognize Darla. Darla is really good at finding you the best deal and setting you up to get the most services fir your money.
