I looked up a few Verizon stores and most had really bad reviews. Except this one. Michael greeted us with a smile and had a great sense of humor. We informed him what we used our phones for and he had a recommendation for the Google pixel 10xl. Very kind and patient. Noah helped us through the set up process and also recommended the same phone. Young yet bright and quick. Very impressed with this team atmosphere. For once, I enjoyed getting an upgrade. Thank you so much for taking care of us both. Michael and Noah both went above and beyond helping everyone in the store, bouncing effortlessly back and forth between customers so that everyone was taken care of with little to no wait time. A++++ for multitasking Michael. I wish I had a sales mentor like you back in the day.
