Been here multiple times, some planned, some emergency visits. All of my experiences have been nothing short of my expectations considering the situations. The services offered can be expensive, however, it is often times emergency or specialty care, which is typically going to be expensive. The most recent visit was to an internal medicine specialist to help us with a complex case of diabetes in our doggo. Dr. Harling was extremely thorough going over our primary vets bloodwork. He was more thorough than the clinic that actually completed the prior blood testing. He gave us a list of options for next steps along with explanations for why he was making the suggestions, however, at no time did we feel pressured to make any one decision. We went there for guidance and answers and that is exactly what we are receiving. The entire staff has never been anything but courteous and friendly, even going out of their way to make suggestions on how to best handle the projected costs to ensure we received the best Care Credit promo. While I wish we weren't in a situation to need specialty consultation, I'm happy we have it and am pleased with the support we have received from this clinic so far.

I came in after my little doodle got a hold of a poppy seed bun. The receptionist was super kind by calling in a nurse directly. The nurse contacted the doctor who advised us that my dog would be okay and to just monitor him for any symptoms. All of this occurred within 5 minutes and they did not charge me. I really wished I would’ve gotten their names but given my anxious state, I didn’t even think of asking at the time! I am super thankful. Thank you VCA for not being money hungry and for providing exceptional service.

Dr. Corey is amazing. We probably called 20 times in one week and the staff was always patient and helpful. Our 5-year-old dog had severe swelling and we were genuinely worried we might lose him. Within just a week of working with this vet, he’s healing and starting to look like himself again. The staff even said they almost didn’t recognize him once the swelling went down. They saved our boy and we will forever be grateful. We still have about five weeks of treatment ahead and yes, it’s expensive, but you truly get results.

Took my dog here on Tuesday as he was struggling to walk or eat at only 9 years old for a small breed, I called as we left the house a half hour prior and they immediately had numerous staff members waiting for us at the front right when we walked in and treated him, they were amazing and put me at ease with constant updates as my dog was in the best care and diagnosed him with a herniated disc. He has made a great recovery over the last few days and I am very appreciative of the care we received from the team as it was our first time at VCA.

This place should be shut down. please review the BBB before risking the life of your pet. My dog was brought here for emergency treatment and did not get any care. I left completely confused without any education on my dogs condition - vet diagnosed as Bloat. They shuffled me out the door without any education and I ended up feeding my dog an hour later and very shortly afterwards he experienced a very unnecessary extremely painful death. They literally did nothing to prevent this from worsening and very very well could have done something. I had to bring him back to this awful place to be put to rest and all they wanted was $, no empathy, the manager was an awful woman who refuses to accept that anything was done wrong on their end. Please save yourself and your pup, do not go here!
