They offered us a promotion they told us if we wanted to trade our currently phones they would give us $900 per phone and would go towards the new phone. We both accepted because it sounded like a great deal and they told us that we had to wait around two months to see the promotion in our bills. After two months, I went back to tell them that we still didn’t get the deal and told me that we had to have the highest plan to get the deal, This is the thing that they never told us when we were buying the phone that we had to have the higher plan so it could apply. We got the higher plan so it could apply but they told me to wait a month to see it in our bill and guess what, we didn’t get it. By then the manager was Jasmine and she said that she was gonna help me, but I never really saw it in my bill. At the end, I just got 200 for each and I’m really upset because we gave phones in really good conditions for what they gave us. I tried calling back and they told me that Jasmine no longer worked here after I went like six times after I bought the phone and had no results. Im really thinking in changing to other company and would never recommend you guys
