- EAEstela AlvarezAug 16, 20251.0The service I had today was awful and extremely rude from a young woman, I felt even thretened because she got mad when I told her she did not have qualities for customer service, she came out to the door. I did not yelled but I was wondering why she wanted my id, since I only wanted phone prices. Because I did not understand her request she got mad and asked me to leave the store and I told her she was not to ask me that to what she said she was not going to help me and the other woman responder that neither she. I did not yelled but I spoke my thought and that they did not like to the point that they were very rude and I could not believe that in a customer service by employees they could do that to a customer, I've done customer service before and I was never allowed to treat a customer bad because they do not know why they need to use personal documents for a price check. If they have cameras they can double check to my story. They even told me I was old to behave like that and I thought it was so sad for them so young and so rude and untgoughtful and disrespectful, what a shame! I hope the owner check a video if they have it.
