- PUPaval Udayakumar5 days ago1.0This store lacks customer service on Weekdays. Im not sure how things are over the weekend. Apr 2025: Took 30 mins for someone to just attend and bill the product. Jan 2026: Waited 45 mins, informed an employee at the entrance a couple of times, nobody stopped by to help. I just had to walk away. Both the times, I know what I'm buying (they arent small items that can be carried to the billing counter). I just needed their help with the billing. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

Everything was going fine, good deals ,sales person nice, the delivery company not good at all.👎👎👎 Note. Good deal, good people, a lot of choices but don't get them deliver by them.

They solved the problem by diverting what made my keys sticky to flow deeper in the computer, breaking the display in half my screen. They told me I had to pay $400 to replace my screen and it won’t be done till after I leave abroad. Really disappointed for the treatment I received and the lack of foresight on how they approached my issue.

Now I’m stuck with a broken TV and no sound bar. I spoke to the manager Heather even when I show my receipt she didn’t care. Bad costumer service.

As a total tech member, I dont see myself shopping with bestbuy anymore. Will not be renewing. Microcenter is much closer to home.
