  Great store, even more fun when it's the boss's credit card! I'll take one of those, and one of those..... Only complaint, guy did a hard sell on a laptop that they didn't have in stock. Whoops.

  I was here this past weekend and Service associate "Star" was super helpful!! She greeted & helped me from the moment I walked in and not only helped me get the phone I wanted , but she also helped with the whole set up as well. She explained everything to me very thoroughly and helped me step by step until everything was finalized and completed. 💯 great service and attention. Thank you Star !!

  4-22-26 mid day, few customers Greeted by very friendly, helpful store manager who steered me to the TV sales associates. Looking for a 4k tv, existing tv is 10+ years old, Was guided to Sony TOTL demo, used 1080i Youtube stream, picture was poor quality. Grey beard quickly terminated demo.Didn't want to help a woman walking past either. Or the family who was obviously trying to buy a TV when I arrived. Associates were clumped at the desk. So I said goodbye and headed over to small appliances to look at espresso makers. Prices range from $2k to $100, what are the differences? The nice, friendly well dressed female Indian employ was approached by the thin 5'6" 20 something Indian TV salesman, without saying a word, she backed 30ft away from me aka refused me service. Don't know what was said to her. Before going to the store, I shaved, clean clothes, brushed my hair and teeth. Wasn't bad breath. Thursday, I was in COSTCO, TOTL Samsung, SONY and LQ TVs, well informed salesman gave me about a 10 min explanation of the differences in the TV tech. No live demos aka familiar video, but generous return policy if you don't like the TV. All mfg demos are tweaked to make the TV pic look good. I am beginning to suspect OLED may be a an over hyped expensive lemon. I have purchased from the Aurora best buy for 20+ years, will go back in 1 year to see of this location is still open. In front of me, My keyboard, TV stand, Blue ray player, Pioneer Elite receiver, cables and binding posts, power conditioner, are from this store, more in other rooms, plus all of my mother's TV, blue ray player, Klipsch speakers, stand etc from the BB near her, purchased and installed by me.
