After price matches, I found Best Buy to have the more affordable price for the HP Laptop I was looking for. Quick service, and extra perks. The staff were polite, explained all I needed to know about my product. I had a great experience. No complaints. If I need help I'm signed up with the Geek Squad.

DO NOT PURCHASE CREDIT CARD WITH BESTBUY OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM THAT REQUIRES SHIPPING.
I ordered an item and financed through a BestBuy credit card (JUST ONCE) and did not recieve the item. The photo of "delivery" doesn't even show any shipping label or specific attributes to me. I ordered an expensive item and there wasn't even a signature required which is rediculous! No refunds were given. I disputed the charge and BestBuy credit denied the dipute. I have sent a complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

I recommend shopping at the Schaumburg location instead of this one. The staff here is unprofessional; specifically, Carlos (the Ground Staff Lead) was quite rude when I asked why my receipt wasn't appearing in my Best Buy account. As a Best Buy Plus member, I expected much better service.
