I never go to best buy ever but I decided to pop in to get a computer monitor same day instead of waiting 2 days for amazon. As soon as I walked in there was a friendly greater. When I went over to the monitors I was asked if I needed help immediately. Which I said I was just browsing. Then when I picked a monitor they offered to carry it up front for me. Very nice helpful staff and clean store.

Stood around for a half hour, waiting for somebody to help me. I was going to buy a laptop walked out after nobody helped me. Whatever you need, you're better off buying it online. The only people in the store who want to help you are the ones trying to get you to buy a new cellphone plan.
