They have an employee outside at a table during an extreme heat advisory. Unacceptable. The district manager was rude when i asked her why he was out there, said he chose to be outside. He didn't seem very happy about being outside during an extreme heat advisory.

Two stars instead of one because they did get it fixed, but it took me three trips into the store to have a working phone. The rep swapped the wrong line onto my new phone and then when my ex-husband went into the store to fix it they insisted he have an ID. No one asked me for an ID before they messed up my phone. The first time I left the store it said the internet wasn't working. Second time was the same thing. Rep apparently forgot to do something. It was ridiculous. He even verified the number to be upgraded twice. And still swapped the wrong line.

My ex wife and I had to go to that store 6 times between the 2 of us, all because my wife upgraded her phone and the person that helped her gave her my number and de activated my phone. We had both called the manager Sheena and she assured me they could fix the issue. When I got there Sheena asked for ID, which I understand, but I was NOT told I would need ID. I got upset and a bit loud and was told that I would not be helped for "yelling" at her. I came back later with my ex wife, and she asked for Sheena, whe Sheena came out the first thing she says is "Your lucky I let him back in the store, he cussed me out and flipped me off.". I did neither of those things. Definately the worst service I have recieved anywhere, especially from someone in management.
