- SSSumman ShahFeb 2, 20261.0Went today, had a very bad experience the girl there was very unprofessional and was rude for no reason. Wasn’t giving clear answers. Very poor customer service. Had to visit another store and the girl there helped me out and i bought phones there. I don't know what’s her name but she’s so arrogant.
- NSNimrah ShahFeb 2, 20261.0I visited customer service today, and the representative was extremely rude. They did not communicate in a professional or respectful manner. I am very dissatisfied The behavior at customer service was unacceptable. I was treated rudely and without proper courtesy.

There were no deals on phones for existing customers and to replace my 3 year old Motorola with the same phone would be $279! The woman working there barely spoke English and was very rude to me. I ended up going to Boost in Hanover Park and getting an iPhone 16e for $79. Sayid spoke perfect English and took the time to set up my phone. I’m never going back to Cricket again.
