Do you charge a monthly service fee or delivery fee?
No, we do not charge a delivery fee or a monthly service fee for our coolers. You simply just pay for your water.
Is there a minimum order of bottles per month?
Yes, our minimum order of bottles is 5 per month.
What extras products/services can you provide?
We can provide a cup dispenser for your water cooler and also deliver cups in boxes of 1000 when needed. We have a couple of different racking solutions to store your water bottles and we can also upgrade your water cooler service to our premium sparkling water cooler machine that does hot, cold & sparkling water. How do you replace the bottle on your cooler when it is empty?
Simply take off the empty bottle and store for us to collect. Take a full bottle and peel off the sticker on top of the cap. Then turn the bottle upside down and pop onto the top of the cooler. Make sure that the spike pops the seal inside the cap to allow water to fill inside the water cooler. Always remember to use caution when lifting full water cooler bottles.
Can I change the amount of water bottles I receive every month?
Yes of course, if you require more/less we can change your monthly amount with ease. Also, we can change your direct debit in conjunction with the new amount you will receive.
