Yes we do Letitia Grace has successfully completed and achieved a Diploma in Family Law accredited by the Law Society of Ireland. We offer a highly experienced Family Law Service in the areas of Judicial Separation, Divorce and Nullity, Guardianship, Child Access and childcare cases as well as the rights and obligations of Civil Partners and Cohabitees. In addition, our corporate and property experience and tax advice where applicable will be applied in ensuring proper distribution of assets or preservation thereof as the case may be, with assistance where necessary of an independent forensic accountant for examination of your partner’s assets and/or best tax efficient structure of assets for you. We also have as part of our team an in house fully qualified Accountant and Office Manager Wendy Corrigan.
